Exact Modus Confidentiality Policy

Exact Modus is very serious about protecting your personal information and keeping it confidential. When we gather information about you, members of our staff use it solely for the purposes of providing services and support or for communications, as stipulated when you provide us with this information. In addition, all personally identifiable information stored on electronic media or paper is kept in secure, restricted access areas.

Under the law, your contact information at work is not considered personal information, but when it is linked to your personal information, we treat it as confidential.

Use of the Information We Gather

The personal information gathered by Exact Modus is used to identify you and to make sure you have access to the services to which you are entitled as a client and/or to which you have subscribed. We do not sell or trade personal information for commercial purposes. Any information you send us, that is not of a personal nature, may be used exclusively by us for statistical purposes and market or needs analyses, or to help us better understand your reality and help serve you better.

Use of Cookies

When you log in to the Client Zone of the Exact Modus website, we use cookies to authenticate you and to make sure your Client session is secure. These cookies are encrypted to protect your user information. As a result, your browser must be parameterized to accept cookies if you wish to access the Client Zone of the Exact Modus website.

When you visit the public area of the Exact Modus website, a cookie is placed or read on your computer (if your computer is parameterized to accept cookies). This cookie's main function is to gather general statistical data on visits to the site (origin, number of pages read, browser utilized, etc.) and to personalize your visit up to a certain extent: language, page set up preference, etc. When we have such information, it does not enable us to identify you personally and is never linked to personal information about you.

Protection of Personal Information

Exact Modus takes the necessary measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your personal information. This includes physical measures (alert systems, locked filing cabinets, protected premises, etc.) and technological measures (firewalls, passwords, anti-virus software programs, etc.) These measures prevent your information from being lost or stolen, as well as from it being reproduced, modified, utilized, consulted and disclosed without proper authorization. Only authorized staff has access to your information, and only for the purposes of providing the services we offer you.
